FAKE LOMA PRODUCTS

Lately, Con Man Mario has conjured up the twisted lie that we actually sell “fake Loma parts.” Anyone who may have not stumbled across the abundant of facts we’ve posted and truth behind the scam artist may believe such an erroneous claim without some research.

We hosted three different domain names in an effort to (hopefully) help some potential victims void Mario’s scams and fraudulent business practices.

These domains are:

As anyone with two eyes balls can see, we do not, and never have sold a copy of our own product.A Copy of our own product!! < Repeat that last sentence > How ridiculous is that? What sense does this make? Answer: none. It make zero sense.

We hold copyrights on the ZR6X Extreme Widebody kit. We have been marketing and offering this kit since late 2009, early 2010.
6/10 - We debuted this kit at Bloomington Gold in June of 2010.

10/10 - Mario contacted us, asking for an opportunity to distribute our kits:

LOMA MOTORSPORTS SCAM 33

After telling us that they made their own bodykits in the past, and I asked why they wanted to sell ours, Mario's reply was:

Mario Rados Admits We Have The Best Kit He Ever Saw!

Mario's response to this evidence: "We was shopping them to see who copied our kit"

Really Mario? Not only didn't you have a kit to copy, but you didn't even form your corporation Loma Motorsports AG until a month after your first contact with us. Furthermore, you sent us your business registration form (as required by any company looking to become a Supervettes distributor) showing that you started the company a month after your first contact to us!

11/10  - Mario started Loma Motorsports AG.

Here is that form:
Loma Motorsports AG Registration

He didn't even start his new shell company LOMA HOLDING until 1/12!!!
Articales of Incorporation for FRAUD CON ARTIST MARIO RADOS

He then reneged on his order, but later stole our intellectual property / photography to market his own copy-kit...

LOMA MOTORSPORTS SCAM 34

12/11 - His copy-kit started surfacing (one customer, photoshopped in 100 different colors.

Once we exposed Mario for not only what he’s done to us, but to many other customers and distributors, including outright lying about Bomex, Akrapovic, etc… he has gone off on a temper tantrum, scrambling and lying about anything he can think of.

LOMA MOTORSPORTS INC

Why did I form this corporation? So Mario could not. Pretty simple. We are not going to tolerate someone infringing on our intellectual property, and our copyrights, and operate in the same state as us. This is 100% legal to do, and authorized and signed off by the secretary of FL State. Check mate.

POLICE REPORT

Mario has been spamming all over facebook, that he has filed police reports against me. Now, this is comical. LOL. I could just imagine the thoughts / response of the police, from a Serbian caller telling them that someone is using a name that he just applied for a Trademark on – June 8th 2012. (“Pending approval”) – Since the US Govt has a FEMA Program called “LOMA” in the state of FL, he may have a tough time with that one. lol - Anyone could call the police on anyone. That means nothing. He's not very intelligent.

Excerpt from Mario's email explanation as to why he uses his wifes name to run the company:

MARIO RADOS AERBIAN WAR CRIMES

COMPOSITE FABRICATION

Most con artists are not experts in composite fabrication, and Mario Rados is no exception to the rule. However, most potential fraud victims are not either. So, Mario markets his copy-parts as carbon fiber, which they are not. Loma puts a layer of carbon fiber on the inside of the parts, which serves absolutely no purpose other than marketing hype.  Parts are either built out of fiberglass, carbon fiber for added stiffness and lighter weight, or over-layer for the visual aspect of clear coated carbon fiber. As Cope Design has now confirmed, these parts “bubble up” between layers, and cause the installers many problems during the preparation process.

He also likes to compare pics of his copy cat plugs being cnc machined, vs the raw stages of our team fabricating something from scratch. Mario has never done anything like this in his con artist career as a “Corvette Tuner / Fabricator”, so he doesn’t understand what it takes to create something from nothing. Once we perfect our mock-up plug, We 3D scan it (see photos) and then CNC the final plugs for mold production. To someone that doesn’t know what this is, here are the GM designers sculpting the final shape of the Stingray Concept. It’s how it’s done across the industry. If you simply copy someone’s parts, you can skip the whole raw fabrication process and jump right to the CNC plug with a scanned file.

Here are some pics from customers showing how the Loma parts really fit:

VICTIMS OF MARIO'S LIES AND DECEIT

We have been contacted by several individuals who have been defrauded by Mario Rados / AKA: Mario Radosavljevic. We already knew from the above information that he was a con artist, but we didn’t think he was an outright thief until these complaints started to surface. Several customers have ordered product and never received anything at all, including a pro-hockey player.

Attorneys have sent Mario registered mail that he refuses to pick up. Authorities are after him in three different countries.  To date, we have 4 individuals defrauded by Mario anxious to testify against him in court, should he ever have the nerve to show his face in the USA, and several more willing to write notarized letters.

He has been denied Visa’s due to pending legal problems in Germany. We have started a lawsuit against Mario, and he will not be in business much longer.

He has already started to feel the pain of his scam artist actions, and has started to market Porsche wide body designs as a result.

We find it interesting that he’s putting money into other projects when he owes so many people so many products and or refunds… ?

(This individual goes by Mario Rados, or Mario Radosavlijevic... we're not exactly sure why this is.... He also represents himself as the "Manager" of Loma Motorsports AG, which his wife LoretaRadosavlijevic is the president of... yet he's also the President of Loma Holding Inc. in Miami FL, which he has been incorporated as of January 3, 2012 by Mario. His address has changed from 444 Brickell Ave. Miami FL to 1111 Brickell Ave, Miami  FL, which is the address to the United States Post Office... therefore, Mario is not "really" running any business in Miami, FL... we anticipate the arrival of Mr. Rados, as it will be interesting to say the least, watching him stumble over his words explaining why it is he thinks he can commit slander and defamation of character, without any consequences... Mario, welcome to the United States!

Below, we are going to examine some of the "TRUTH" to this erroneous story he has fabricated out of thin air, and more importantly, why?

Please feel free to email us your thoughts on this matter, and we will post them at the end of this page, should it help us make any sense of this crazy story...

This is where we were made aware (by another overseas customer) that Mario was committing copyright infringment, and intellectual property theft...
